Batley Bulldogs were humbled 50-16 by a rampant London Broncos in the Championship Shield Super 8s.

Sean Morris starred for the Londoners as he notched five impressive tries. Other tries from Sadiq Aediyi, Iliess Macani and a double from Ben Hellewell helped Broncos punish Batley.

The Bulldogs conceded the first three tries but managed to get back into the game with two quick tries from Sean Hesketh and Brad Day.

Just as it seemed Batley had done enough to get themselves back into the game two Morris tries either side of half-time with successful conversions from French international William Barthau saw London lead the way again.

James Craven was sin binned for a dangerous tackle on Barthau and Hellewell went over to make the man advantage tell for Broncos.

Alex Brown managed to get the ball down in the corner despite the numerical disadvantage in the 61st minute.

Morris tied a Broncos record of five tries in a single match that was held by Martin Offiah as he touched down in the 68th and 78th minute.
