Rotherham United 0 Port Vale 1: Millers lose out to Richards penalty
Andy Scott saw his Rotherham United side crash to defeat against Port Vale at the Don Valley Stadium in League Two.
Defender Scott Griffiths made his debuts for the Millers, Richard Naylor was named a substitute, along with striker Brett Williams despite impressing from the bench last weekend. Former Millers’ striker Tom Pope was missing for the Valiants.
The Millers fell behind on 57 minutes when Marc Richards converted from the penalty spot for the only goal of the game.
