Burton Albion v Bradford City: Six of the best will help earn new contracts

League two: PETER TAYLOR believes Bradford City's injury problems could work in his favour in terms of deciding who should be part of the club's future.

The Bantams travel to Burton without a host of key players, including Michael Flynn, Omar Daley and Simon Ramsden.

As with the Easter weekend, it means several of the players who have been on the fringes of the starting XI this season will get another chance.

Taylor, who is still discussing his own future with the Bradford board, has called for a strong end to the campaign.

He said: "In some ways, the injuries can do us a favour as it gives others a chance. It is up to the players now to put in six good performances before the end of the season. If they do that, it won't do them any harm."

Mat Clarke and Gareth Evans are also on the injured list as City look to end a five-game winless run.
