Video: Best place ever - what kids make of their new £3m playground
THE UK’s national children’s museum, Eureka!, based in Halifax, has unveiled a new £2.9m gallery - the biggest redevelopment in its 21-year history,
“All About Me” is described as “an immersive educational experience that uses play, role playing and interactive displays to help children learn about their bodies”.
It was developed with a £1.45m grant from the Wellcome Trust charitable foundation.

Hide AdThe gallery’s content has been guided by a team of expert advisors from academia, the medical profession, education and local government. But today that counted for little as its intended audience of young children were let loose on it for the first time.
