Recruits from across Yorkshire and the North East will share their experiences with the public and armoured vehicles, kit and equipment will be on display during the free events, which run from April 27 to May 2 at the Royal Armouries.

The pilot scheme aims to give the public the opportunity to meet some of the soldiers and learn more about how the army works.
