Man seriously injured after being struck by lorry in Bradford
A MAN was seriously injured after he was struck by a lorry in Bradford this morning.
The pedestrian was hit by a white Mercedes HGV on Norman Lane at Bradford just before 10am today. (Friday July 21)
Firefighters freed the man from under the HGV.
Police said he was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment for serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Fire crews from Shipley and Bradford along with the technical rescue unit from Cleckheaton attended the incident.
