Elderly woman dies after crash in sea-side town

It happened on Louville Avenue in the seaside town of Withernsea on Friday February 17 and the woman died in hospital last week.

Her family have asked that she is not named but police are still carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident.

Humberside Police is now asking for any witnesses to the collision, which involved a green Fiat Panda, to come forward.

Meanwhile. a file is being prepared for the coroner and her family are being supported by specialist officers.
