Three men were being questioned by police yesterday after a cash machine containing more than £20,000 was stolen in North Yorkshire.

Police were called after the theft from a service station in Elvington at about 4.25am yesterday.
They followed two vehicles which they thought were being driven suspiciously and arrested the three men – two aged 22 and 23 and from York and a 26-year-old from Elvington.
