Terrace house roof destroyed in Hull fire which spread from bushes
The roof of a terraced house was destroyed by a fire in Hull last night.
The remainder of the house on Haydock Garth was smoke and water damaged after the blaze started at around 10.37pm.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said that bushes were on fire in a garden and it spread to a fence then to the end terrace house.

Hide AdA spokesperson said: "Roof totally destroyed by fire, remainder of house smoke and water damaged."
The blaze was tackled with hoses and a thermal image camera was used by firefighters as well as a 10.5 metre ladder and short extension ladder.
