Taylor Bradford revisits Yorkshire roots

BEST-SELLING author Barbara Taylor Bradford was back in Yorkshire yesterday meeting fans and signing copies of her latest novel.

The Leeds-born writer, who has sold a staggering 82 million books worldwide, took centre stage at the Yorkshire Post Literary Lunch where she enthralled the 300-strong audience gathered at Harrogate's Cairn Hotel.

It is more than 30 years since the former Yorkshire Evening Post journalist made her literary debut with A Woman of Substance, which became one of the top 10 best sellers of all time.
