Search begins for new chairman of NHS trust
Madeleine Keyworth, who has served as chairman of the Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) since 2001, yesterday said that she would step down at the end of November.
Ms Keyworth said: “I am proud to have shared in many significant developments and we have worked hard to constantly improve the quality of the care we deliver.

“I also want to acknowledge the commitment of the staff, governors, volunteers, stakeholders and directors of the Trust.
“Without them we could not provide the range of services to those who we care for.”
Christine Bain, chief executive of the health trust, said that Ms Keyworth would be a “real loss” to the organisation.

“She will be greatly missed by the board, staff, governors and volunteers alike.”
A spokesman for RDaSH added: “Madeleine has decided to announce her retirement early to give the Trust adequate time to recruit her successor.”
