Roundheads mark anniversary
Members of the Roundhead Association march to mark the 350th anniversary of the execution of The Regicides, the name given to those who signed the death warrant of Charles I, at Horse Guards Parade, London.
The association was marking the 59 commissioners who sat in judgment at the trial of King Charles I and
who were declared exempt from
the Act pardoning those who
had supported the Protectorate following the Restoration of
King Charles II, and those commissioners who were captured, tried and executed, during this week in 1660.
