Revealed: The 10 most expensive streets in West Yorkshire
Fancy purchasing a luxury pile? Property website Zoopla has now revealed the top 10 most expensive addresses in West Yorkshire.
1. Roundhay Park Lane, Leeds
This road between Roundhay, Alwoodley and Shadwell is home to properties such as Oakhill House, pictured above. The average house price here is £1,690,364, although there are some smaller mews properties as well as lavish mansions.
2. Linton Lane, Wetherby

Pictured above is East Ridge, which has stunning views of the nearby fairway and went on the market for over £1million back in 2011. Runs between the popular villages of Collingham and East Keswick. House prices are on average £1,420,330. Despite its peaceful rural location, there was great excitement in East Keswick over the summer when megastar rapper Eminem decided to take a stroll in the area before his appearance at Leeds Festival.
5. Leathley Lane, Otley
Otley has long been a property hotspot, so it's no surprise to see this country lane appear in the top 10. The average house price here is £1,369,678.
6. Ling Lane, Leeds

Hide AdPopularly believed to be the most expensive street in Leeds, Ling Lane in Scarcroft is actually slightly cheaper than its rivals Roundhay Park Lane and Manor House Lane. Average prices are still an eye-watering £1,365,978, however. Pymms, pictured above, is a nine-bedroom property which went on the market in 2014 with an asking price of over £3million.
7. Hebers Ghyll Drive, Ilkley
The above mansion was Ilkley's most expensive property back in 2003, when it went on the market for £1.45million, and is likely to have risen in value since then. The average house price on the street is £1,349,840.
8. Sandmoor Drive, Leeds
Alwoodley crops up again. The average outlay to live on Sandmoor Drive is £1,349,290. 9. Stainburn, Otley
There are only a couple of streets in this tiny hamlet near Otley, but it costs around £1,285,816 to live on one of them. 10. Hag Farm Road, Ilkley
