Shakespeare's wit and wisdom still inspiring people to this day - The Yorkshire Post says

For The Bard’s plays are playing a novel role in rebuilding lives and forging new directions by helping former prisoners reintegrate into society. Under the guidance of Rowan Mackenzie, a drama group is performing Shakespeare and finding that his words written centuries ago speak to their own experiences.

But then successive generations have found exactly that, whether in the theatre, the cinema or the classroom. Shakespeare’s words have the power to change lives by making audiences think and reflect upon their own feelings and motivations.
