The race of incompetents

From: Paul Morley, Ribblesdale Estate, Long Preston, Skipton.

Chip pans are no more dangerous than they used to be but the users of them seem to have evolved into a race of incompetents who either don’t know or don’t care about the consequences of their own actions.
