New club strip has community goal

FOOTBALLERS at Rotherham United will be wearing a new shirt next season sponsored by a council-run partnership which aims to improve life in the borough.

The Millers’ new away shirt sponsor is the Rotherham Partnership which will see its slogan One Town, One Community used as the main logo on the team strip.

According to the council, the partnership is “an organisation that brings together Rotherham’s public, private voluntary and community sector organisations to work together to improve Rotherham”.
