King Louis: South African wins The Open

South African golfer Louis Oosthuizen marked Nelson Mandela Day in exactly the way he dreamed of yesterday – by strolling to victory in The Open.

The little-known 27-year-old scooped the Claret Jug at St Andrews, the home of golf, winning by seven shots over Worksop's Lee Westwood with another Englishman, Paul Casey, slipping to joint third.
