Keeping success in the family

A summer of nervous waiting has given way to pride and happiness as one Yorkshire family celebrated four separate sets of exams results success.

Layth Hendow, 16, is seen above after receiving an impressive six A*s and five As in his GCSEs at Hull Collegiate school yesterday supported by his brother and sisters, 18-year-old triplets, left to right, Haytham, Layla and Eseelle, who achieved seven A grades between them last week at A-level.

Layth will now begin studying for his A-levels with a view to career in medicine.

Layth, who paid tribute to his "incredible" school , said: "It feels fantastic – there has really been a lot of hard work done in this house this year and it has been very stressful.

"First my brother and sisters got their results then me – it has been a big relief for us all."
