Farmgates swing open to the public tomorrow

Tomorrow is Open Farm Sunday, the annual occasion when farmers play host to the public and give them a taste of farming life.

Activities at host farms vary between venues but include guided walks, milking and shearing demonstrations and tractor and trailer rides.

LEAF, the farming and environmental charity, co-ordinates the day across the country.
