Three men deny driving car into luxury lodge at East Yorkshire holiday park and leaving occupants injured

Three men will face trial over an incident at an East Yorkshire holiday park in which a car was allegedly driven into a luxury lodge.

Michael Ness, 25, Shane Wynne, 45, and Cameron Wynne, 19, all deny a number of charges including harassment, GBH, dangerous driving and criminal damage.

Humberside Police were called to Westfield Lakeland Park in Fitling on the East Yorkshire coast at 5.40am on Sunday July 31 after a man and a woman inside one of the park’s lodges suffered serious injuries when a Ford Fiesta collided with it.

All three defendants, who are on remand at HMP Hull, appeared at Hull Crown Court on Wednesday.

Michael Ness denied GBH, ABH and harassment. Shane Wynne denied conspiracy to commit GBH, GBH, dangerous driving and criminal damage. Cameron Wynne denied conspiracy to commit GBH.

The three men, of Hull, will go on trial in December.
