Man denies lovebite on boy, 11, was sexual
Lee Adams denied he had taken the 11-year-old to his home in Moor Crescent Chase, Beeston, against his wishes.
He claimed that the had gone there willingly after asking to play on an Xbox.

Hide AdHe told Leeds Crown Court the boy was sitting on his bed watching television when he kissed him on his neck.
“It was just an urge, a stupid mistake,” he said.
“When I realised what I had done I stood up and walked out of the bedroom.”
He told his counsel John Swain that it left a red love bite because he had sucked on the neck.
“When you kissed him was it a sexual urge,” asked Mr Swain.
“Not really,” said Adams. “I just wanted to be close to somebody because I felt a bit down that day, that was the urge, it was a stupid urge, there was nothing sexual, nowt like that.”

Hide AdAfter he left the bedroom, he said, he listened to his stereo in the living room and fell asleep until he was woken by a banging on his front door by police officers who then found the schoolboy asleep in the bedroom.
Adams, 45, denies kidnap, false imprisonment, administering a substance with the intention of stupefying or overpowering the boy and sexual assault.
The prosecution claim after taking the boy to his flat he drugged him with some unidentified substance before molesting him.
Adams told the jury he realised he had not been sensible letting the boy go into his bedroom, given his history.

Hide AdWhen the boy asked for a drink he offered him water, juice or black coffee and the boy initially chose coffee but only took a few sips and did not like it. He then asked for juice and drank some of that. He denied he added any drug to either drink or sexually assaulted him.
