Centenary Way, Rotherham: Man dies after car he was passenger in crashes into barrier in Yorkshire
A man has died after a car he was a passenger in crashed into a barrier in Yorkshire.
Shortly before midnight last night, Friday 5 May, emergency services were called to a crash involving a grey Honda Civic on Centenary Way, Rotherham.
Police believed the car collided with a nearside barrier.
The passenger, a 26-year-old man, died at the scene. His family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
The driver, an 18-year-old man, was taken to hospital.
He has since been discharged.
