Captured on camera: Leeds fans in the frame after cup final attack

POLICE today issued CCTV pictures of seven men who may be from Leeds following a serious assault after rugby league's Carnegie Challenge Final at Wembley last month.

The 42-year-old victim was head butted after the final, which Leeds Rhinos lost 6-30 to Warrinigton Wolves on August 28.

He was attacked as he travelled home with his wife and friend on a Metropolitan tran line between Wembley Park and Finchley Road tube stations at 6.40pm. He was taken to hospital to treat a large gash to his lip which needed thirty stitches.
