Cunning villagers have found a novel way to draw in tourists – by turning an old red phone box into a community art gallery.
Councillors in Prickwillow, near Ely in Cambridgeshire, purchased the classic red phone box from BT for just 1 on the condition it will not be moved and villagers pitched to help with its restoration work.
