Boyfriend charged with holiday isle murder
Chelsea died on the Greek island on Monday after suffering ruptured internal organs which doctors said were caused by physical violence.
Luke Walker, 22, of Brierley Hill, West Midlands, appeared before a court in Heraklion, the island's largest city, where he was formally charged with murder. It was originally thought Walker would face a lesser charge of causing fatal bodily injury.

Ms Hyndman's mother described her as "full of life" and a "perfect daughter". Heather Hyndman issued a statement through police on Wednesday night which said: "We are devastated by Chelsea's death - we cannot believe what has happened.
"The last time we saw her was when she set off for Greece with her friends embarking on a new adventure in her life. Chelsea was full of life, very outgoing and a perfect daughter. We have lost not just a daughter but a best friend."
Ms Hyndman was a former pupil of Castleford High School. Her mother said she left a younger sister, Mia, six, whom she treated like her own daughter.
