Artist Kid Acne put on spot to bring magic to city street
Now Sheffield artist and illustrator Kid Acne has been commissioned to add some of his artistic magic to The Moor area, which is undergoing a multi-million pound redevelopment.
He has designed hoardings on the Eyre Street side of the site, where
the city's new markets complex is due to take shape.

Other art exhibitions are also being held in previously vacant shops on The Moor in an attempt to provide a fresh attraction for visitors.
In November, RREEF UK, a branch of Deutsche Bank which owns The Moor, was given planning permission to build an indoor market and eight shops fronting on to the street.
It is thought work on the new markets will begin this summer, while Sheffield Council has carried out 2.9m of "public realm works" funded by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward.

Sandra Barley, The Moor's centre liaison manager, said: "With the transformation of much of the pedestrian area together with last year's granting of planning permission for a new multi-million pound new markets building, we really have a lot to celebrate.
"It's great to have the support of such talented artists who are making such an amazing job of making the area look attractive throughout this period of redevelopment."
