Arrest after shots fired near pub
A MAN was being questioned yesterday after a shooting incident in Huddersfield.
A number of shots were fired in the area near the Waggon and Horses pub in White Stone Lane, near the junction with Bradford Road, Hillhouse, on Tuesday afternoon. No one was injured.
West Yorkshire Police said a 25-year-old man had been arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He was in custody being interviewed yesterday.
