Yorkshire role in London firm’s deal

AN environmental services business has secured new owners, with help from Yorkshire-based dealmakers.

Wakefield-based fds Corporate Finance brokered the sale of Agent Orange Environmental to the owners of Office and General, a national support services company.

Fds partner Jo Haigh and Poonam Kaur, director of corporate finance at fds, worked alongside Roger Dyson and Rebecca Pugh of hlw Keeble Hawson Solicitors’ Sheffield office to complete the deal.

It enables London-based Office and General to boost the services it offers to clients, which include London-based local authorities and housing associations.
