Yorkshire private equity firm Endless acquires global logistics company ASCO
Private equity firm Endless has acquired a global company which provides multi-site integrated supply base operations to the energy industry.

Headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, ASCO handles over 1.3 million tonnes of cargo each year with an overall warehouse footprint in excess of 1.6m sq ft. ASCO has over 1,000 employees in the UK with a further 500 across international operations.
The acquisition by Leeds-based Endless aims to further strengthen ASCO's position in the renewables and new energy markets.
