Yorkshire manufacturer Dectectamet hires new chief commercial officer

Mr Herd has a background in customer proposition, product and category management, with internal promotions leading to him becoming CEO of a multinational B2B electronics company in 2019.

He will now join Detectamet’s board of directors and take overall responsibility for commercial activity for the business.

Detectamet is an award-winning metal detectable products manufacturer, with sites in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany and Australia serving food processing facilities in more than 100 countries.
