The Priory Meadows development, which has been created by North Yorkshire-based Caedmon Homes, has just been completed.

As the lockdown eases, the interest in the remaining houses at Priory Meadows has been phenomenal, according to marketing agents Preston Baker.

The development comprises 34 homes with prices starting from £377,500.

James Baker of Preston Baker explained: “As the world slowly gets back to normal after the global pandemic, we have hosted two open weekends at Priory Meadows and the reaction has

been phenomenal.

“As a special thank you to the selfless key workers during Covid-19, we are offering them a five per cent discount on this site for two three/four bed houses, which are the same house

Paul Brown, director of Caedmon Homes commented: “We have chosen the location of this development extremely carefully."

Caedmon Homes is also behind new developments in the Groves area of York and in Whitby, close to the centre of the historic town.
