Yorkshire Country Properties appoints Savills to market three new West Yorkshire developments

A Yorkshire-based residential developer has appointed award-winning national property consultancy Savills to market its three developments in West Yorkshire.

Yorkshire Country Properties is currently on site with developments at Shepley, Skelmanthorpe and Denby Dale.

The first phase of the Knowle Grange scheme in Shepley comprises 31 new homes, all of which have been sold. Located on Abbey Road, the exterior of each property is made from natural tumbled Yorkshire stone. The second phase of the development, which will see a further 52 homes built, is expected to complete in 2025.

Additional developments at The Willows, Denby Dale and Whistle Bell Court, Skelmanthorpe are expected to complete between summer and autumn of next year.
