Yorkshire Building Society named as one of the UK’s top ten family-friendly employers
Yorkshire Building Society has been named as one of the UK’s top ten family-friendly employers by independent work-life balance charity Working Families, for the third year running.

The Bradford-based mutual took one of the top spots alongside Imperial College London and Pinsent Masons as part of the charity’s list of Top Employers for Working Families.
Susan Allen, chief executive at Yorkshire Building Society, said: “We’re really pleased to have retained a top spot in this recognised list for the third year running.

Now in its fourteenth year, over 330,000 UK employees from employers across the public, private, and third sectors were assessed using Working Families’ Benchmark.
