Park Leisure’s £15m acquisition

YORK-based Park Leisure has secured a £15m acquisition as part of a strategy to expand its portfolio of country and leisure parks across the UK.

Park Leisure has bought Plas Coch Holiday Homes in Anglesey, which is the company’s biggest acquisition to date. Park Leisure achieved a turnover of £40m across its 10 parks in 2014, a 19 per cent increase on the previous year.

Gary Molloy, the chief executive at Park Leisure, said: “The acquisition of Plas Coch Holiday Homes is a major milestone for Park Leisure, helping us to achieve an even bigger presence in the UK.”
