Northern property specialist Bradley Hall set to expand presence in Yorkshire

Northern property specialist Bradley Hall is expanding its presence in Yorkshire following a year of continued growth.

The firm has launched a new dedicated commercial agency arm at its regional office in Leeds city centre, aimed at advising customers looking to let, purchase, and sell commercial property.

The service expansion coincides with the firm’s ambition to increase its presence in the region’s commercial property market and plans to double its headcount in the region over the next 12 months.

“Despite launching our Leeds arm of the business just prior to the pandemic, when so much uncertainty surrounded the property markets, we’ve continued to grow our presence across Yorkshire and the ever-increasing demand for our services is testament to the fantastic work our teams have put in to help us get where we are today.”

Bradley Hall first launched its Leeds office two and a half years ago, specialising in valuations and building surveying.

Through its valuation services, the team has valued over £500 million of stock in Yorkshire over the last financial year and has carried out over 500 valuations.

The company also opened a new, larger office at 6 Park Place in the heart of Leeds city centre last September and has plans to continue growing its team over the next 12 months.
