The dog-friendly chain specialises in baked treats, breakfasts and brunches.

Mr Edwards will open the new outlet on Church Street, opposite All Saints Church, in Helmsley this spring.

Six members of staff will also be recruited.

The business will predominantly operate as a takeaway but will have a limited amount of indoor and outdoor seating that can be used when restrictions are lifted.

Mr Edwards said: "The reason we have chosen Helmsley is because it’s a lovely vibrant market town and fits our business ethos - we always like to offer something different to what an area already has."

The business still has a significant social media presence with over 31,000 followers on Instagram.
