Interserve’s chief sees strong growth potential

INTERSERVE, the support services and construction group, yesterday revealed that it had enjoyed a year of “strong growth” after it secured high profile work in Yorkshire.

In the year ended December 31 2014, headline pre-tax profit rose by 31 per cent to £106.2m.

Chief executive Adrian Ringrose described 2014 as a “landmark year” for the business and he was encouraged by the growth potential. Interserve employs around 5,000 people in Yorkshire, and it is involved in a number of projects in the region, including the construction of the new West Yorkshire Police HQ. It is also a sponsor of the Crawshaw School in Leeds.
