Gateway to new premises for recruit group Ingeus
Ingeus has taken 12,000 sq ft at the Gateway, in Leeds.
Ingeus will be moving in to the Gateway over the next month.
The group is responsible for delivering the Department for Work and Pensions’ Work Programme in Leeds.

Hide AdThe company will have 33 staff based in the Gateway, including employment advisers, employer partnership coordinators and administration staff.
The agent at the Gateway, senior surveyor Simon Dove of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Over 80 per cent of city centre office transactions are below 5,000 sq ft.
“This 12,000 sq ft letting is good for the market, confirming demand for larger floor plates.”
Ingeus director in Yorkshire Mark Taylor said: “Ingeus has been delivering the Work Programme in Leeds since June, and this move means that we will have the facilities we need to help local people to get back to work.”
