Crash repair specialist feathers its Nest

ACCIDENT repair and vehicle customisation specialist EnKahnz has bought Bradford’s Cuckoo Nest Industrial Estate.

Bradford-based EnKahnz has purchased the multi-let development, in Listerhills Road, from a private investor for just under £1m and become anchor tenant at the estate. The company had rented the largest unit at the development site since 2007 and the acquisition will allow it to make substantial progress in enhancing its workshop, installing a new training academy and undertaking further product develop- ment.

The purchase takes EnKahnz a significant step towards fulfilling its ambition of occupying the whole Cuckoo Nest estate within the next five to seven years, after diversifying into new markets.

Simon Mydlowski, commercial property solicitor at Yorkshire law firm Gordons, advised EnKahnz on the deal.

EnKahnz was founded in 2003 by Naveed Khan, managing director.
