Business park developer aiming to provide new HQ for expanding firm
Developers are looking for a local firm interested in setting up a base on the Escrick Business Park.
Units one and two, at the southern entrance to the park, which is just off the A19 between York and Selby, provide the perfect opportunity for an inward investor, according to York-based developer S Harrison.

Hide AdPhil Hill from S Harrison said: “While the base for two units are currently in place, the potential is there to combine them into one and for the eventual occupier to influence the design and layout of the building above ground in keeping with the architecture of the rest of the site.
“With an area across two storeys of 11,000 sq ft we estimate that the building could comfortably accommodate 150 people, making it an ideal headquarters for a growing business.”
Unit one provides 6,000 sq ft and unit two offers 5,000sq ft.
Mr Hill estimates that, once designs are agreed, the offices could be ready for occupation in around six months.

Escrick Business Park has 14 industrial or warehousing units and 19 two-storey office units.

The S Harrison Group was founded by the late Stanley Harrison in 1952.
S Harrison is in the process of adapting the former Time Office – a 1920s listed building – to accommodate the Harrison Group team and also to provide serviced office accommodation for York’s inward investors.
