Boost's burst of energy
Leeds-based energy drink brand Boost yesterday announced that its year-on-year sales rose by 26 per cent, continuing the company's growth since its launch in 2001.
Its performance has been boosted by strong sales of its 250ml price-marked energy can.
Managing director Simon Gray said: "2009 was a year of consolidation for us.
"We focused on engaging with our trade partners further and developing our energy market share."
He said the company planned to develop new products in a bid to win new customers.
