Sex attacker took advantage of open window
Marc Daniel Jackson's 19-year-old victim woke up to find him interfering with her while she was staying at a friend's home in Middleton, Leeds, in May, 2008.
She managed to push him away and Jackson fled the house but was arrested some weeks later.

Hide AdHe failed to turn up for his trial at Leeds Crown Court in January and was convicted in his absence of sexual assault.
Jackson, 28 of Maltings Road, Hunslet, Leeds was also ordered to register as a sex offender for life and barred from contacting his victim or going within 100 metres of her address.
Mark McKone, for Jackson, said his client had desisted as soon as his actions were complained about.
