July 15: Don’t blame Clare Balding, blame the producers
THE drawn-out vilification of Clare Balding following the unwise road her career has taken are unfair (Tom Richmond, The Yorkshire Post, July 6).

She is human and prone to hubris like the rest of us.

WHAT with the seemingly omnipresent Clare Balding kicked off the box (albeit temporarily) and Andy Murray and his mother on the slow train back to Dunblane, can things, I ask myself, really get any better?
