HOW pleasing and satisfying it was to read the letter from your correspondent Colin Cawthray of Flamborough (Yorkshire Post, August 29) regarding proper deterrent penalties for using a mobile phone whilst driving.
At last there is someone on my wavelength on this subject and willing to stand up and be counted.
