There will also be costumed characters, with Dickensian skinflint Ebenezer Scrooge expected to make an appearance.

Visits to Father Christmas on the specially decorated festive Bradford tram are also set to be available again, an event which has been a favorite of children in previous years.

There will also be face painting, a concert band, and Sandy Kidz Sand Art, as well as other events running throughout the weekend.

The free event, which is notably one of the most popular Christmas activities in the district, will run on both days from 10am untill 4pm.
