Leeds industrial estate Gelderd Park set for second phase of develpment
Phase two of Gelderd Park will deliver of 12,600 sq ft trade and retail accommodation across fives units, ranging from 1,400 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, with all units available on a leasehold basis.
West Yorkshire property consultancy Walker Singleton is acting as a joint agent for the second phase of the development. The firm also acted as a joint agent for phase one.

The site was formerly owned by UK-based wholesaler Palmer & Harvey.
The latest occupier is commercial vehicle safety and van conversions specialist SM UK, which has taken 38,650 sq ft of space on a 20-year lease and completes the development’s phase one.
