A fund raising event for Guide dogs will take place at the Old Town Hall on Friday 30 May, starting at 8pm.

The live music event has been organised by the Driffield branch of the charity to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Dubbed Springfest III, it will be the third time out for the popular annual fundraiser, which includes a mix of local musicians and bands creating an memorable evening of tradition rock and roll, blues and acoustic music entertaining an audience to help us to raise valuable funds for the charity.

Also included will be the usual bonanza raffle for all to take part in, plus a great value second hand book stall to browse and buy.

Tickets are priced at just £5 per person and are available on the door.

Performers will include John Garner, Gordy Shannon, Katie Spencer as special guest, Ollie and Neil, Dogfinger Steve, Jasper Bolton and Friend and LS3 to Headline.

Organisers say that any late comers will be asked to make a small donation in addition to the entrance fee.
