Stamford Bridge seconds travelled to Huntington on Saturday but were unable to get the runs required to set a challenging total.
Batting first, opener Andy Milner (38) endeavoured to set a good foundation on a bowler friendly track.
But, with a steady fall of wickets and no other batsmen able to push on after getting a start, Bridge finished on 152 for 9.
The main wicket-takers for Huntington were Tom Shaw (3-14) and Darren Horsford (3-33).
In reply, Huntington also did not find it easy to get runs but a stubborn knock from number three batsman Tom Shaw (65 not out), supported later on by Dick Shaw (30), saw them cross the line in the final over, ending on 153 for 7.
Martin Veysey (4-38) was the pick of the Bridge bowling attack.
The 2nds are at home this Saturday against Sherriff Hutton Bridge 2nd XI.
