Villagers came together to support a bustling event in Barmby Moor.
The village held its first market at the Boot and Slipper pub.
Organised by local groups and individuals, including Friends of Barmby Moor School, St Catherine’s Church, playing fields and Kids Club, the event was attended by a large number of locals as well as holiday makers and surrounding villagers keen to sample and purchase a broad selection of fresh seasonal produce as well as local art and crafts.
As well as hot and cold refreshments on offer, the event boasted the many and varied activities and talented individuals that this thriving community has to offer
The organisers would like to thank everyone who ran stalls and attended the event and are grateful for all support received. Look out for future dates as the village look to make this a seasonal event.
