A number of sales have seen a wide variety of items go under the hammer with Chris Clubley and Co in Melbourne.
Highlights include a pair of Victorian lustres which realised £240 in April 2014. The same sale also allowed a matched pair of elm Windsor armchairs to research £360.
Jewellery has performed well in the saleroom throughout the year. A “Moonstone” necklace, in April 2014, was fought to £380 eventually selling to a London telephone bidder. In the same sale an 18ct old cut diamond ring realised £850 selling to the Lincolnshire trade. A gold Omega watch also found a buyer at £220. In October 2014 a George Jenson silver broach realised £170.
